From your Settings > EA Workspace tab, enter your EA's email and click "Send Invitation." They receive an email with a secure link, sign up on AVA, and accept the invite. An engagement is created automatically, and they get access to your task queue and AI tools immediately.
AVA is also backed by an agency network. If you need help finding a vetted EA, contact our team and we can match you with a qualified professional trained on the platform and its AI tools.
Every EA in our network goes through a multi-stage selection process: structured skills interview, platform proficiency assessment, and a supervised trial engagement. Once accepted, EAs complete our AVA Certification covering all 12+ AI tools, task management protocols, and client communication standards. Only EAs who pass certification are paired with clients.
We stand behind every match. If you're not satisfied with your EA's performance after the first 14 days, contact our team and we'll begin a replacement process immediately — at no additional cost. Our goal is for every BO to reach their first successful task cycle within Day 5. If that's not happening, we want to fix it.
